The Apostolic Catholic Church maintains the rich sacramental and liturgical traditions of the early church fostering an environment
that nourishes us for the challenges of living Christ and comforts us in the trials of following the difficult road of Christian
life.
The Catholic parish faith life mirrors the ancient church of the apostles as described in Acts, various epistles and writings
of the Church Fathers. The sacraments are instruments of grace instituted by Jesus for maintaining the well being of his creation.
Christ the Servant is a parish in the full sense of this faith life and offers the grace of God freely from cradle to grave.
Members of the parish then partake in the spiritual journey experienced by their ancestors and by the faith community back
to the time of the apostles.

Kids in Balance, Inc.
Kids In Balance is a great new non-profit company that recently started in Riverview with the goal of offering physical and
occupational therapy to the children of the community.
Jennifer Leigh a local pediatric Speech Therapist (MS CCC-SLP) saw a need to provide therapeutic programs and strategies
to all parts of the community. Along with dedicated occupational and physical therapists, Kids In Balance offers children
access to the tools they need to succeed in school and life.
This achievement center is where children, adults and families with any level of needs and any level of income can participate
in programs developed by skilled professionals. The idea is to supplement individual and school-based therapy the child may
already be receiving.
Kids In Balance offers a variety of classes, activities and groups addressing language development, social skills, pre-reading
and reading, motor skills development, sensory development and the use of technology to meet some of these needs.
Some of the many classes offered are Infant Feeding Development, Developmental Playgroup for Children with High/Low Tone
and Reading Balance. All classes are setup to improve the child's abilities and teach the parent about the issues and where
and how to seek assistance.
